Mascarpone Topping

1-8 oz carton mascarpone cheese softened
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp honey
  1. In a mixing bowl stir together cheese, walnuts, milk and honey until combined.
  2. Serve over pound cake, cinnamon toast, waffles or your favourite dessert.
  3. Store in a tightly covered container in the refrigerator up to two day.
  4. Makes 1-1/4 cup.
